Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing billing@neeti.aiskillhub.info. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. After 7 days, monthly charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel to avoid future charges.

Failed or duplicate payments

Any duplicate or failed-but-charged payment is refunded in full to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
