1. What Neeti is

Neeti generates draft school AI-use policies, parent communication letters, and assignment templates using AI. All output is a draft to be reviewed and adapted by you. It is not legal advice, and we make no warranty that it satisfies any specific regulation or board requirement.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to overload it, or use it to generate unlawful content. We rate-limit and may suspend abusive accounts.

3. Plans & billing

The free tier is provided as-is. Paid plans (School Pro, Multi-Campus) are billed monthly per school. GST-compliant invoices are issued where applicable.

4. Intellectual property

You own the documents you generate and may use, edit, and distribute them within your school. Neeti retains rights to the platform itself.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neeti is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of generated documents. Always have policies reviewed before formal adoption.
